This is true in all cases because if we start waking up early, most of our diseases go away because we get fresh air and the body feels more refreshed and energetic.
One has to get up early to utilize time properly and do things in an orderly manner. Morning weather is very pleasant and good for yoga and exercise. The morning environment has proven to be very effective for young learners. There are many children who wake up in the morning to study. It’s a really great habit. So everyone should try to wake up early and stay healthy.

তাড়াতাড়ি ঘুম থেকে ওঠা শুধু আমাদের ফিট এবং সুস্থ করে তোলে না বরং আমাদের উত্পাদনশীল করে তোলে কারণ আমাদের কাজ করার জন্য আরও বেশি সময় থাকে। সকালে তাজা ফুল, শীতল বাতাস এবং উদিত সূর্য দেখে প্রকৃতির সৌন্দর্য অনুভব করা যায়। একটি বিখ্যাত প্রবাদ আছে যেটি বলে, “শীঘ্র ঘুমানো এবং তাড়াতাড়ি উঠতে, একজন মানুষকে সুস্থ, ধনী এবং জ্ঞানী করে তোলে”। এটি সব ক্ষেত্রেই সত্য কারণ আমরা যদি তাড়াতাড়ি ঘুম থেকে উঠতে শুরু করি, তবে আমাদের বেশিরভাগ রোগ চলে যায় কারণ আমরা তাজা বাতাস পাই এবং শরীর আরও সতেজ ও উদ্যমী অনুভব করে।
