Most farmers are not very rich. They do not have their own land, so they grow crops on other people’s land. They work hard to prepare the land for planting seeds or crops. When the crops grow, we cut them to get the necessary food. Farmers work really hard in the fields and produce abundant crops. It helps in the growth of our country’s economy. Most people of Bangladesh are involved in agriculture. More than 80 percent of people are directly or indirectly involved in agriculture.

Our country’s economy is mainly dependent on agriculture. So the government should help the farmers by providing support in the name of agricultural subsidy. The use of tractors instead of plows should be encouraged at certain times. Farmers should be taught modern farming methods to improve their lives. So, agriculture is really important for our country and we should help and support our farmers to lead a better life. In addition, the government should determine the agricultural land that is not salable.

Their work includes sowing, which means putting tiny seeds on the ground. They ensure the removal of any unwanted plants called weeds from their fields. Finally, when the crops are ready, they harvest them. Harvesting means gathering ripe crops like fruits and vegetables from trees.

Sometimes, nature is very kind to farmers. Their crops have been good, and their children have plenty of food to eat and nice clothes to wear. However, nature can be harsh on them. Drought, when there is not enough rainfall, can dry up their crops. Floods, which are large floods of water, can wash away their crops, livestock and even their homes. During these difficult times, their families may go without food for days.

But you know what? Farmers are very stable and determined. Even when faced with challenges, they never give up. They try again and collect more food for everyone.

Our farmers are amazing because they work so hard to provide us with food. They also play an important role in shaping the economy of our country. We should be proud of our farmers and appreciate all the efforts they put into their work.
